Owner and Principal Osteopath
Jonathan Juviler M.Ost is a registered osteopath who trained at the British School of Osteopathy, qualifying with a Master’s degree. His previous career was as a professional drummer working in studios across the country and performing extensively throughout Europe. His experience in a physically demanding job has given him a good understanding of what it is to be reliant on a fully-functioning healthy body, and of the worry and frustration when coping with injuries or pain.
Jonathan has a wide range of experience in the treatment of amateur and high level sportspeople, dancers and gymnasts, those suffering with chronic pain conditions and people with postural complaints often relating to sedentary jobs. Jonathan has a particular personal interest in golf and squash and has studied the technique in both sports which greatly helps in the analysis of his patients form.
In relation to his previous career, Jonathan also works with musicians helping with issues relating to their specific instrument. He has also worked in specialist clinics treating older patients, those suffering with chronic illnesses and expectant mothers.
Jonathan has done additional training in a variety of areas including advanced manipulation techniques, functional techniques, sports massage therapy, kinesio taping and headache management in order to offer his patients a broad and unique treatment programme.
Jonathan has lectured at The Royal College of Music and the Yehudi Menuhin School in areas such as; how our bodies function under stress whilst performing, adapting posture to reduce the likelihood of injury and the importance of physical conditioning.
He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy.

Associate Osteopath
Lucy Anderson graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2016 with Distinction and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and Institute of Osteopathy.
A former professional dancer, Lucy trained at the Rambert school of ballet and contemporary dance and spent 6 years performing both a classical and contemporary repertoire as a freelance artist. During this time, she completed her Pilates instructor qualification with Body Control Pilates and has been teaching for over 10 years.
Lucy has developed a keen interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation, a good eye for movement and alignment and genuine fascination in the human body.
Lucy has a structural, holistic approach to osteopathic treatment, integrating her exercise and Pilates experience to aid in the recovery and rehabilitation process. She is an avid listener and endeavours to provide explanations and management plans that are clear and sustainable for her patients.

Administration
Astrid McGechan takes care of the Four Health Clinic’s admin. She’s a qualified European Secretary with more than 20 years experience in providing back office support to businesses of all sizes, from multinational corporations to small independent and owner-managed companies.
Astrid is also a freelance photographer and book author, and a photography tutor for the UK’s premier photographic tour company Light & Land. Her images have been published and widely exhibited in the UK and Europe, including OXO Gallery and the Mall Galleries in London, and are held in private collections in Europe and the US.
